I am an all around creator and maker. I teach art and have a particular affinity for drawing, sculpture and fiber arts. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Art Education at the University of Missouri, St. Louis as well as my Missouri teaching certification for Art K-12. I have a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art from Millikin University where I also studied communication and theater tech and design. I have a background in scenic art and worked in theater as a designer, scenic artist and electrician. I grew up in St. Louis and love living in the city with my wife, our kids and our pets. I can often be found out in my garden digging in the dirt, dreaming, scheming or drawing.
